Welcome to Dogs Nation Pet Boarding (“Dogs Nation”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our website ([www.grey-alligator-702725.hostingersite.com]) and booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services Offered

Dogs Nation provides pet boarding, daycare, and pet grooming for dogs. All services are subject to availability and require prior reservation.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You are the legal owner or authorized guardian of the pet(s) you are booking for.
  • Your pet(s) are up to date on vaccinations and in good health.

3. Reservations & Cancellations

  • Booking: Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.
  • Payment: A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations: Bookings once made with the payment are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

4. Health and Behavior Requirements

All pets must:

  • Be free from ticks and fleas. Prior administration of Bravecto is highly recommended.. Dogs Nation will not be responsible for spreading of ticks and fleas as this is nearly impossible to control in a high traffic boarding facility hence you are advised to protect your pet as per Veterinary Doctors advice prior to boarding your pet.
  • Be free from contagious diseases.
  • Be current on vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, etc.).
  • Be non-aggressive and not pose a danger to staff or other animals.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if a pet is found to be a health or safety risk.

5. Emergency Care

In the event of a medical emergency, we will:

  • Attempt to contact the owner immediately.
  • Seek care from a licensed veterinarian if necessary.
  • You are responsible for all veterinary costs incurred.

By agreeing to these Terms, you authorize Dogs Nation to seek medical care on your behalf if you are unreachable.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Dogs Nation and its staff are not liable for:

  • Injury, illness, loss, or death of your pet.
  • Loss or damage of personal items brought with your pet.
  • Behavioral changes or health issues resulting from the stay.

Pets are boarded at the owner’s own risk.

7. Abandoned Pets

If a pet is not picked up within 4 days of the agreed pickup date and no payment is made for the extension, we reserve the right to consider the pet abandoned and may surrender the animal to a shelter or authorities, in accordance with local laws.

8. Code of Conduct

Customers are expected to treat Dogs Nation staff and other customers respectfully. Abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of service.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We only use your data to provide and improve our services.

10. Modifications

Dogs Nation reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Coimbatore Jurisdiction.
