1. Online Booking & Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking via our secure online payment system.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and online payment platforms (e.g., Phone pe).

2. Refund Policy

All payments for pet boarding and related services are not refundable, This policy applies to all bookings, including those during holidays, peak seasons, and off-peak periods.

3. Rescheduling Policy

While payments are non-refundable, we may allow a one-time rescheduling of your booking under the following conditions:

  • You must notify us at least 72 hours before the original check-in date.
  • Rescheduled dates are subject to availability and must fall within 3 months of the original booking.
  • Rescheduling is a courtesy and not guaranteed. Requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice will be denied.

4. Exceptions for Medical or Emergency Situations

In the case of a verifiable medical emergency (pet illness or owner hospitalization), we may, at our sole discretion, offer:

  • A credit toward a future booking (valid for 3–6 months).
  • Supporting documentation (e.g., vet note or medical certificate) is required.
  • No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Technical Issues or Double Charges

If you experience a technical issue during the online booking process or are charged in error, please contact us within 48 hours with proof of the issue. We will investigate and issue a refund or adjustment if appropriate.
